The website may also process basic technical data, such as IP address, information about the device, browser, date and time of the visit, and data related to the operation of the website.
3. Purposes of data processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
– handling enquiries submitted via the contact form, – contacting users regarding apartment availability, stay price, booking, transfer or car rental, – communicating by email, phone or WhatsApp, – ensuring the proper operation of the website, – securing the website and preventing abuse, – pursuing or defending against possible claims.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process data in accordance with GDPR regulations, in particular on the basis of:
– Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — when processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract or to handle an enquiry regarding a booking, – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — when processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest, such as contacting a person interested in the offer, handling correspondence, securing the website and defending against claims, – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — if processing is required by law, for example tax or accounting regulations.
5. Contact form
Data submitted via the contact form is used only to respond to the enquiry and to handle a possible booking.
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to receive a response.

The website includes a button allowing contact via WhatsApp. After clicking the button, the user is redirected to WhatsApp, which is a separate service owned by Meta.
Communication via WhatsApp takes place in accordance with the privacy rules of that service. Data provided by the user in the conversation is used only to handle enquiries regarding the apartment, availability, stay price, transfer or other matters related to the stay.
7. Google Maps
The website may include an embedded Google Maps map showing the approximate location of the apartment or the surrounding area.
Using the map may result in technical data being transferred to Google, such as IP address, device and browser information, and interactions with the map. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
8. Recipients of data
Data may be transferred to entities that help us operate the website and handle enquiries, in particular:
– hosting provider, – email service provider, – contact form provider, – providers of technical services related to WordPress, – Google, in connection with the use of Google Maps, – WhatsApp / Meta, if the user contacts us via WhatsApp.
Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data submitted via the contact form or WhatsApp is stored for the time necessary to handle the enquiry, and then for the period necessary to secure possible claims.
If the enquiry leads to a booking or provision of a service, the data may be stored for the period required by law, in particular tax or accounting regulations.

The person whose data is processed has the right to:
– access their data, – rectify their data, – erase their data, – restrict processing, – object to processing, – data portability, where applicable, – lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.
In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
11. Cookies and technical data
The website may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the proper operation of the website, improve its security and support external functions such as Google Maps.
